Hey Queens, As a proclaimed “Twinkie” and one who was not raised by Asian parents, lately, I’ve been trying to get more involved in Korean culture. I’ve been trying to watch more Korean movies, TV shows, and listening to some K-Pop. Of course, one cannot get a real accurate view of a culture if it’s all actors and fictional storylines. But, being in the US this is what I can do until I visit. And I can’t wait to visit! Let’s talk about why you are reading this post. Hope.
Happy New Year, my Queens! I can’t believe 2017 is over and I’m surprisingly happy about it. This year has been a whirlwind of emotions, good and bad. Thinking back through my whole year and trying to find 3 highlights or things that I’m thankful for is hard (as there is many), but here is what I came up with: I celebrated 1 year with my boyfriend. I got my wee hedgehog, Little Man Sam. I felt closer to my family and friends than last year. Which might sound weird,
Hello my festive Queens, I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays today. Simpler times and no loans/bills. Oh, how I miss those times.
Hello my Queens, I can’t believe it’s December already, and this means 2018 is just around the corner. The older I get the more I realize how time really flies. I remember when I was younger when a year felt like an eternity. Now, a month is nothing and a year goes by too fast. Well, let’s slow down and look back at the month that we just stormed through. Monthly favorites have always been something I enjoyed watching/reading on YouTube or other blogs. It lets you sum up and
I would like to introduce you to the new addition to the family, Little Man Sam (or Little Man)! His name is Sam because he was born on the 4th of July. Of course, this was not a impetuous decision and was a result after my boyfriend’s sister getting one (I fell in love with hedgies). So from the beginning, I had some knowledge on how to take care of them, but remember that you should always do your research before getting any pet as they can be the right
